Absolutely disgusted with the fact that Halfords wanted to charge me 5 to open my car key so I could put a new battery in it - which I was to buy the new battery from Halfords! I explained that I cant lock my car and the battery had just gone. Utterly poor and shocking service
Poor service - Fixed car headlights incorrectly - had to take to a garage to fix it properly. Would avoid.

I come to Halfords Great Yarmouth (where they do the bicycles, not the other, car one) every year for our bicycles' maintenance.I like the ease of parking just outside the store (I'm physically disabled) and that the lovely 'bicycle fixing' staff really know what they're doing. Obviously they're a business and want to make money but I believe they're honest. What I used to hate was trying to get them on the telephone, you'd be left dangling for ages while it just rang and rang, but the last time we went in the summer (2018) they answered the phone promptly.As well as the maintenance side, they sell bicycle parts and accessories.I also bought my beautiful bicycle from them (in a sale one year).
I've used Halfords Great Yarmouth a couple of times. Most recent had a dashcam supplied and fitted. Good price and I really can't fault the service. Indeed I had an issue after purchase but they happily tested it and exchanged for another.
