I have to say that Simpson skoda really do think about customer service, I found a car I thought would be suitable for my needs (only I wanted to test drive the automatic but they only had a manual) I tend to do a fair few long journeys so to give me a true idea I asked if they would be happy to let me take a 3 day test and to my surprise they agreed. (I have done a "test drive" with a couple of other dealerships hup the bypass and back) unfortunately I discovered that the car wasn't for me, even still they said they would try to find something else for my particular needs. The only reason for losing the 5th star is I would have liked the automatic. I will be recommending them to others
I just bought Skoda Rapid from Simpsons and the experience I had was absolutely excellent.I live in London and I didn't consider buying a car from so far away, but when I showed an interest in one of their cars, they have made a personalized video of the car and sent it to me next day in the morning. I loved it!I put deposit down and after a week the car was ready for collection.I had to travel all the way from London. Paul was so kind he collected me from the station, we had a test ride in my new car, he also offered me beverages, explained everything and answered every question.The car I bought is year 2015, but looked like new. New pollen filters, air conditioning, full service was done before I collected the car as well as paint polish.I also have 2 years warranty, 2 years services, Breakdown cover for 2 years within UK and Europe, 2 years MOT, so I don't have to worry about a thing for next 2 years.Highly Recommended Skoda Dealer.Also I had to travel back to London and Paul called in the morning to check if everything is ok and if I like the car.To me this is what's called Excellent Customer Service.Thanks so much to Paul!Little update after 3 months, what a great car... took us all the way to Czech Republic and back, see the picture... no issues whatsoever
Some beautiful motorhomes. Great if looking for new. But the worst accessory shop going. No spares only new gadgets and then cheaper on whole else where.
