Staff were pleasant but there policy is rubbish no courtesy car while mine gets repairs and I was sent there by ford for who I am paying the car payments my advise don't use this garage and never buy a ford I certainly won't be ever again

Just got back from picking my car up and although it took abit longer than expected for the work to be finished, I am so pleased with the work and the services from all the people at east bliney, Leanna and a bloke I spoke to (unfortunately I didnt get his name) were fantastic and very apologetic when my car wasnt ready.I would recommend them to anyone so helpful and polite and make you feel very welcome, thank you to everyone at east bliney, if I could give you 10stars I would.
Very good repair, super efficient but a little difficult to initially locate when collecting my car.
Quite helpful but bad communication. I had to keep chasing them up all the time. Still haven't resolved an issue I had. They tried but gave up in the end.
