I recommend my dentist, Hanna, to everyone. After a visit to my previous dentist, my mouth would be sore for days, but not with Hanna. Somehow she is able to give a thorough scale and polish without inflicting any injuries. Add to this a spotlessly clean and efficiently run service with a wide range of extra services available, this practice is altogether the best I've ever attended.
Have been a client for this practice since it replaced the previous ones at the same premises, and cannot fault them. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, thorough treatment of all and any dental woes, and the highest standard of hygiene . Definitely recommended!
My appointment was at 3.15pm I got there at 3.0pm had to wait until 3.50pm just to be seen then rushed through out by 4.00pm. If I was that late then I bet I wouldnt had been seen. The staff are all very nice and polite though.
A three star because of the record keeping at this place. Each year at an annual appointment a form had to be completed which has all the patients data. You are required by law to take and store this data in a retrievable way. You have the data. Why do you not print the form for a patient to sign confirming no change. The form is the same as for new customers. Please confirm you will stop this time consuming and wasting practice. If your front line staff have to re-enter it all things of the savings.
After a couple of recent visits to the surgery both my opinion and that of my two eldest boys has changed for the better. The reception is clean and welcoming with friendly staff on hand to assist with any and every query. The two young ladies carrying out our dental work were great, explained everything clearly and made the experience as comfortable as possible.All in all really pleased and would highly reccomend.
