Disgustingly rude staff. Anthony who works as a floor assistant has a poor attitude and doesn't proritise your needs. He looks down on you and is quick to have an attitude. Even higher management are unprofessional and stand behind display stands while communicating to you. Very poor and don't adhere to your statutory rights when it comes to refunds or returns.
Easy access, can be quite busy but your never waiting long. A nice jewelry section. Staff are friendly and helpful.
