Sick to death of this surgery! I am on numerous medications for various health conditions and at least once a month I go to collect my meds only to be told they have been refused and I have to have yet another medication review! Each time I explain that Ive only recently had one, but there is absolutely no communication at this surgery so it doesnt get through! ( Ive had about 5 in the last year!) They dont warn you, they just stop your meds and they are being stopped by you so called GP who you never get to see and they know nothing about you, but they think they have the right to stop your meds without warning! I went to order some more meds on line and they have wiped them all off until I have had a medication review bearing in mind some of these meds are life saving medications! All they care about is getting the numbers right. There is absolutely no duty of care for the patient.
Joke!!!!! Trying to get appointment is horrendous!!! Phone line is busy 24-7. Not helpful at all and rude. Got asked to go back still dont get you in pathetic.
Would avoid this practice as they are the most unprofessional clinic around. Constantly get prescriptions wrong. Useless phone staff too
Excellent service. Friendly, accommodating, efficient reception staff who go the extra mile to be helpful.
Have no complaints. Have signed up to book on line appointments, and never have a problem with that system. Staff very polite when booking in, and the nurse practitioners are very attentive. The prescription service works really well, from requesting repeat prescriptions to picking them up at the chemist 3 days later. Well done central surgery.
