Busy little shop, good for trading games and buying used and new games and consoles

This was my first time using Games reservation online service.I reserved 2 games (both Ltd Editions) but when I went to collect them in store apparently neither were available.After a long debate I got 1 of the games I had reserved (the staff member acted like he was doing me a favour??)The other game I had to go without and get the standard version.What am I complaining about? Gamers would understand that sometimes you just want the Limited Editions of your favourite games/game series. If I have reserved it, I expect to get it.I'd still shop here as I'm an elite member and get money back on my purchases, but that's about the only reason why.Staff usually excellent, but not today.
Can't really comment on the games as I am to old for that sort of thing, but I am very pleased with the phone I bought there. Very friendly and helpful staff.
