Should be zero stars. Firstly failed to respond to a query. Secondly when I followed up the solicitor I spoke to had the narrowest view possible which could only mean that the level of knowledge was basic at best. A competent professional would have wanted to explore the basics in slightly more detail to arrive at a reasonable course of action whilst keeping in mind any time and costs involved.. Therefore this person leads me to believe the firm are possibly just basic falrly competent form fillers.
