This company is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional to deal with. I would certainly not recommend them based on my experience with them. The man who served me was extremely rude and unhelpful. It was like I was really putting him out because I went in there and he had to get up out of his chair and come and serve me. Awful experience.
I feel a bit ripped off. We hired a transit van on Saturday morning and returned it within 3 hours, within the advertised opening hours of the office. However the staff member had closed the office early (to go to a football match apparently) and we were charged the out of hours return fee. I tried several times to speak to the manager about this but he never returned my calls. Customer satisfaction evidently rates very low on this company's list of priorities.
