It was good just don't deal with the young one at the front desk.
Rented a van whilst mine was having work done, everything was dealt with pretty well biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of the van, which wasnt exactly clean and in particular the windscreen which was very very dirty and smeared that It was difficult to see through when oncoming headlights were glaring on it.
High quality vans, excess amount high which means you pay another 50% to lower it to reasonable level.
Hassle free, however take a lifetime to answer the phone
