Friendly staff very knowledgeable about my car will be using again
This is the worst service centre I have seen.#SamsungIndia I dont know how they got few 4 stars as feed back. Frankly saying I am not getting expected Service from Samsung Service Centres this year. I am planning to buy couple of more ACs for home this year. Till last year Samsung was one of the best for me in terms of price and after sales services but looking at this years incidents I would rather go for some other provider. May be I need to pay a bit more initially but yes, I know Voltas and Blue Star are providing best services. Some of my knows have their ACa from last 5-7 years and they never ever had this problem. The attitude of service engineers is like Customers are their slaves. Customer need to adjust as per service engineer.
I have experience probably one of the worst customer service ever. Been waiting for my vehicle for a month which should of been done in a week time. every time I came to check on the vehicle to see the progress, I just been asked to pay them more money as they needed get new parts which the deal was set and done. I Have lost some of my customers and money as I couldn't get to them. Will never go there to go and buy a vehicle ever again. Been told by someone that the parts are brought from scrap and not even brand new. I'm glad that I didn't invest my money to get the vehicle from them as I have a better one with excellent service.
Female friendly, polite team, good value. Waiting room clean and comfy, I'm always offered a cuppa. Service good value with original Nissan parts used. Highly recommend.
So deserve 5 star. Rang up seeking emergency mot and another time desperate works on brakes needed. Reasonably priced.. Same day work.. Coffee machine inside. The team are great could not recommend enough.
