Shame they used some bodyelses file to section me even warrents dont matter, staff are pleasant but useless when they get it wrong
Awful uncaring unfriendly staff mostly men built like brick houses that flex their tattooed muscular arms ! A elderly man had his shoulder broken by heavy handed staff . Far too many and of course not one disciplined . Sit at computers playing games and not working . Changing Drs and lying . Dr Munjapti was awesome saw him as an out patient for years then they realised ( powers that be ) they wanted me known as racist to back up Hellesdon hospital records lies . Never spoken to . Left alone every time in their . Cpn was useless wanted to meet in a mc Donalds to talk every time he had to be bothered . Howard who also broke the elderly mans shoulder . Awful man . Wouldnt know the truth it but him ! Helped cause the death of my God mother full time carer. Cant Norfolk get a proper psychiatric unit with some compassion and support ?
The resource centre sucks!!! Ive had 5 different doctors In 6 years. They dont care at all!! I was told that the medication that has kept me going for 7 years all they tell me is that nope no more even though it helps me. Im bipolar and I left today feeling like I wanted to walk into oncoming traffic because I need help I a huge way and instead they let you leave feeling like death would be better. Seriously is there any other way to deal with this without feeling alone.
The staff of the podiatry and physiotherapy clinics are friendly, welcoming and efficient.The parking is on level ground with no steps to negotiate. The upper floor clinics are served by a lift and so are wheelchair friendly.
