Pre paid parcels refused in store even after trying to show label was valid on the ROYAL MAIL WEBSITE, staff refused to scan label to check . . .Will not be using again.
Its a post office, its perfectly fine. Go in, have a chat, post some stuff, leave. Its all good.
This is hands down the worst post office I have ever cone across and I have used a lot! The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, I just can't stress this enough. They all really need retraining as the lack any customer service skills. Having mentioned my experience with friends, it turned into a conversation as they had experienced the very same issue with thus branch.
