Great friendly service and very helpful
Very rude shop keepers / owners. In no way serves the community or feels like a friendly shop & post office. Best avoided and go across the road to buy supplies!
Good for quick shopping
I lived in a Thatched Cottage near the post office in 1968. It was the coldest place on Earth, no heating and we just arrived from Aden, where it was hot.The house is now trendy and worth lotsa cash, but Winterton was the windiest place we've ever known, which explains the modern windmill generators.Dunes were a fun place to play, but we stood out as educated foreigners (Normal English kids) to the local rural community and it was very lonely.Glad to get out of there.
