I would definitely recommend one estates to sell your house, they are dedicated to selling not like others who can't be bothered to arrange a viewing half the time
We were buying a property through this agent, and were told vender is moving in with his girlfriend so no onward chain. This proved to be untrue as he was buying an other property. Also did not mention CHANCEL REPAIR LIABILITY on this property this affects resale value of property and can result in on going charges. We were lucky to spot these problems when we got the paperwork through from the solicitors, but not before we had paid for searches, This has cost us 300 then had to pull out of the buying because these problems
