Well placed for local attractions, reasonable prices for food/drink. Bar can get very busy with seating full quickly. Pool is a little cold.
Went for new year with dog and family, caravan excellent, very clean on arrival and with free welcome pack including wine. Some facilities not open as expected but well situated for winter walks.
I loved this place for a family holiday, it had lovely facilities with well kept caravans that offered that home from home feel. We are returning next year and look forward to the kind and friendly entertainers who offer all day fun. The areas could be a little cleaner but it is a caravan site at the end of the day.

Reception staff are welcoming and helpful in making sure you know your way around the park to your caravan. The caravan itself was very clean and tidy and even had a small veranda with patio doors which were not mentioned when booked which was a nice surprise. The staff in the complex are easy to talk to and are polite and also helpful. The changing facilities for the pool are clean and tidy. The site is in a quiet location and offers easy access to neighbouring towns, villages and the Norfolk broads. We would recommend and revisit this holiday park.
