Stayed here with my family to celebrate a birthday, we had three standard rooms booked and got all three upgraded to suites for free upon our arrival. All the staff were helpful with recommendations for what to do in the area and for providing services in the hotel itself. The facilities were very comfortable and clean. 100% recommended!!

A lovely hotel,all staff welcoming, lovely clean hotel,only over 13year old children aloud I had ham hock scotch egg for my starter,slow cooked shepherds pie for my main and a sticky toffee pudding ,they were all cooked to a high standard,I cannot find a single fault in this hotel .the breakfast was also well cooked,I had a full English breakfast ,toast , fruit juice .it's quite dear to stay ,but we'll worth it ,I would highly recommend staying here
We spent two nights at the Andover House, we honestly could not fault the hotel in any way. The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. All in all a beautiful hotel that is a credit to the hard work of the owners and staff.
Anniversary weekend, The bedroom was beautifully set up they even sprinkled the bed with petals to make it more romantic. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate shower/bath. The food from the Copper Kitchen was lovely and free parking was available on the street outside. The Hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the front but we were undisturbed by any noise, it was very quiet. Would definitely recommend, and look forward to going again.
